It never ceases to amaze me how God works.

Take Wednesday for example.

At random I called in to Way Fm for the chance to win tickets (Ive never won anything in my life) and I won!!

I was so excited I could hardly call my husband to tell him the good news.

"WE WON 4 TICKETS TO VEGGIETALES LIVE!!!"

So I took off work a little early and we headed to Murfreesboro.

The show was AMAZING!!

And they filmed it for a video to be released sometime in 2011.

Crazy Kids!!

We have been so busy lately!

We have 4 birthdays and Halloween in one month.

It feels like never ending wrapping, cake and cleanup.

So today we took a break.

Halloween

I know what your thinking.

Yesterday she was a Princess,

And today not so much.

The kids LOVE Halloween.

Every year we go to my Uncles house for a Bonnfire and hay ride around the neighborhood.

I think Zombie was the theme for the year...

The BIG 3

3 years ago I went in for the same tests Id had done twice a week for the last 6 weeks.

I never expected that I was going to have a my baby that day.

JJ was born 3lbs 2oz and spent 3 weeks in the hospital.

And now look at her!

She asked for a princess castle cake for her birthday

Her Daddy is very talented.

He baked this cake for her.

While we waited for her party to start we went to the park.

Yes, Weebles are back!!

She LOVED her cake!

Thank you Daddy!

But by far her favorite was her new bike.

11!?

Its hard to believe that I have an 11 year old!

And in the 6th grade, so we decided that it would be fun to have a cook out party at the park.

JJ helped with the pictures.

A bunch of her friends and family showed up!

The weather was BEAUTIFUL! And I think everyone had a great time.

Play Date

After Church today my youngest had a "Toddlers and Twos" play date at her Sunday School teachers house. It was a great opportunity for the parents to get together and get to know one another! There were hot dogs and hamburgers, and of course DESSERT!!

And after the kids bellys were full it was GAME ON!

Town Festival

We live in a small town and the highlight of this weekend was out towns Festival. Truthfully I've never been to it and I've lived here most of my life, however my oldest had to be there to help with the fundraiser for her band.

I was surprised that I actually had a good time!

All the newly elected and those still running showed up. The parade was alot of fun! They even threw candy to the kids. David Shepard got out of his truck to give these kids some suckers. I thought that was pretty cool! You just never know what you might see in a local parade! Especially in a small town!

And then there were the rides and shaved ice..........

Pretty sure she enjoyed both!!

I guess if you HAVE to be up at 7am on a Saturday this was not a bad way to spend it!
